VENDOR INFORMATION FOR MONTEREY BAY ANTIQUES & VINTAGE MARKET
We are very excited to announce the home of the new monthly Monterey Antiques & Vintage Market. Located conveniently at the scenic Monterey Peninsula College.
To make this a most successful ongoing event, we have an extensive and aggressive marketing campaign lined up for every month. Our regional targeting includes San Jose and Santa Clara County, Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. Look for us in the Metro in San Jose, The Good Times Santa Cruz and The Monterey County Weekly, The Carmel Pine Cone, Carmel Magazine, The Cedar Street Times, The Point (Alameda Point Magazine). Press packages are going out to all media services: radio, television and newspapers. We will be listed in over 30 event calendars locally and nationally. A massive postcard circulation is in effect. This promises to be a flourishing and prosperous market for all.

BOOTH SIZE & COST
A Single Booth Space is 10' wide and 17' deep $70.00
A Double Booth Space is 20' wide and 17' deep $85.00
A Large Booth Space is 30' wide and is 17' deep $100.00

VENDOR RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Vendors will not be assisted by more than two persons per space.
No pets are allowed in your space (sorry).
Your vehicle can be parked ONLY in LARGE spaces
All canopyies and unbrellas MUST have a minium of 25lbs per leg, If not you will be asked to take it down.
No generators are allowed
We will assign booth location by seniority and date of contract received
To make this a premium show we expect our vendors to present their merchanise in the most attractive way. Presentation is everything!
Setup: 4:300 AM to 8:00 AM.
The line starts at 4:30 am. not earlier.
No vehicles will be allowed in after 8:00 AM.
No packing up before 3:00 PM.
Venders will need to vacate their space by 6:00 pm.
All antiques and vintage items must be at least 25 years old. This is a requirement and is an important policy of our show intended to keep the quality at the highest standard. This policy will be stirctly enforced.
All spaces must be left clean as the way you found them or you might not be invited back.
The cancellation deadline is Wednesday at noon prior to the Sunday Market. If not your prepaid rental space is forfieted. Cancellations will be applied to future markets.
When rain is forcasted and the market is cancelled a notice will be posted on this website by noon Saturday. Your payment will rollover to the next show or I will issue you a refund.
The producer retains the rights to restrict, exclude or evict selllers or exhibits wich, because of their method of operation, noise or other features, wich become objectionable, in the opinion of the producer, detracts from the general character of the event as a whole.
